Mentoring
One to One
With Jonathan Somerville, a pastor with over 35 years of ministry experience in Pentecostal, Baptist and itinerant ministry. These monthly hourly sessions can be face to face if you’re local to South Essex/North London, or online.
Learning Circle
A Community of Peers
When ministers gather we bring a wealth of experience and ideas that we are willing to share, but that is rooted in our own situations and context. In our monthly online group sessions we’ll use insightful questions (a Socratic Learning model), to explore the challenges and opportunities of real live ministry situations,
